Software update does not work V77.1024 PTC

When trying to update to V77.1025 PTC, only a message saying that the update has finished downloading pops up, the update itself does not apply.

I also encountered the same problem. After the system prompts that the update download is complete, I click to install the update but nothing happens. I try to restart the device, but I find that the update has not been installed. The new version of the operating system that I just downloaded has also disappeared. It directly shows that it is the latest version, but it is not actually updated to the latest version. I am still at V77.1020 PTC instead of the V77.1025 PTC that I saw before the restart.

is there a way to force downloading 1025? I have 1024 and huge issues combined with 74....315

apparently none as the software update utility only downloads retail firmware

apparently my headset reinstalled V77.1024 PTC overnight but that helped nothing at all, the bug is still there

@dobkun  you might be able to update manually using the firmware from Basti's firmware repository -

update: it did not erase anything, but it could not update to 1025 either

@dobkun maybe leaving the PTC which will roll you back to V76 and then rejoin the PTC again. Or a factory reset may fix the glitch.

but i did it anyway and PTC IS NOW FULL

@dobkun just keep trying. There will be thousands bailing out of the PTC as it gets more broken. That's some of the worstest English I ever wroted.
