just got my Quest 2 and it is awesome! I want to share my screen to a TV with a Chromecast. But when it is casting, the image in my quest start to stutter. Not alot, but enough to make it being irritating.
is this a known problem? It almost feels like its most in the main meny? 🤔
We see you're noticing some performance issues when casting with your Quest 2. Depending on the location of your router and your TV, some stuttering can be expected. You'll have the best performance with your router, TV, and Quest 2 all having an unobstructed line of sight to each other.
Here's a bit more info about casting with your Quest 2:
TVs with built-in Chromecast or other smart functionality may be supported, but compatibility cannot be guaranteed with all models.
You may experience issues when casting and recording simultaneously.
Exiting or minimizing the Oculus app may interrupt casting.
Casting may increase battery usage or degrade in-app performance.
