I got emails that someone logged into my Facebook/IG and created a Meta Horizon account. I do not have access to this account and it is currently linked to my Instagram (after becoming super frustrated I just deleted Facebook altogether). I am unable to unlink it or delete the account because I do not have access to it. I do still have access to the Instagram account. How can I remove this hacker account???
