I just bought an oculus quest 3, and everytime I try to connect the device to my mobile device I get a message saying error please try again later. I have tried on multiple devices and different accounts and same issue

I also just bought an quest 3 and having same issue. I'm planning to return it tomorrow if the issue can't be solved today.
