My left controler is not turning on. Even with new batteries. And the right one wont let me pull up my menu.

Hey, @Sharon0328! Glad to have you join the community. 🙂 I know how important it is to have uninterrupted gaming sessions. Take out the batteries for at least 3-5 minutes to reset the controller and insert them back in. Also, be sure to remove any unsupported third-party accessories that could affect power, battery fit, and/or controller detection.
