Sons account banned for age verification

Bought my son quest 3 for Xmas he opened it up set up an account quick put in wrong age and is now banned. He did send in pics of his passport with proper age but is still suspended. He is 12, who can I contact? He can’t login to his account to even fix the error. This is frustrating and I am wasting so much time for such a simple issue

I would have expected MetaQuestSupport to have messaged you with instructions on how to send them a private message.  That's what happened with me but so far, now that I've done that, no response yet.  I'm frustrated as well.  I'm a grandparent and did allow my grandkids to use my quest 2 before Christmas but now they have their own and won't use mine again.  I sent in my ID in plenty of time but they blocked me anyway.  The site says it must not be expired, should have your picture and DOB.  I taped over the non relevant data, there's no need for my address or drivers license number to be visible for age verification but they keep sending me emails saying it was rejected because it may be blurry, etc.  I'd say sending in with private information blocked still proves age.  So many companies getting hacked and compromising people's private information, they should want that to be blocked.  The box when I purchased the hardware did not indicate they would do this and leave me with a very expensive piece of plastic that is of no other use to me.

It’s so frustrating. He tries to login and it says “account suspended, contact meta support” then when you go to contact meta support it wants him to login to his account. Well I just checked his email and his account is permanently disabled because he is 12. Purchased Games and all. Wish I knew this wouldve been such a hassle I wouldve just done it with a guardian account.

I'm having the same issue with my son's account. How do I get it fixed? I cannot log into his Meta account or his Facebook account because it says it's suspended. How can I gain access back to his Meta account as he has purchased games under that account?

They said they were going to look into it and it’s coming up on a week now since they sent the message. Idk why I can’t send them messages, can I just get a refund for the purchases made?
