Sound glitchs when I press or use anything that makes sound in menu

So I turn on my Oculus and whenever I press anything even if I make my boundary whatever sound that's making it glitches and gets louder and louder. This isn't in a game this is from the menu or anything.How do I make this stop?

I am having exactly the same issue it started this week, when I unplug the charging cable and back in it goes away and then it’s starts up anytime I press something or toggle the WiFi on and off

In order for us to get a better idea of this situation, we'd like to start with clarifying a few details. Could you please let us know, what color is the LED light on your headset when it is plugged up to charge? Are either of you using the headset with a PC for PCVR gaming? So we don't repeat any, what troubleshooting steps have already been tried? Keep us updated and we can continue from there!

so today I went in all the menu and googled everything on and off. I went in accessibility and went in close captions and toggled that on and off. Problem solved
