Sound through headphone is very very low

The sound when connected through headphone was very good earlier. I was able to increase/decrease the volume when watching youtube. But now it became past. Audio through headphone is very very low. I can not increase/decrease the volume in youtube. it says adjust the volume in android settings. I selected quick settings and then increased the volume level, though it says some warning messages. But the moment i come out of that, the sound level goes to back the same level of low volume. How to fix this. 

Please note all youtube videos may not necessarily have same audio level. Depending on the content, we may have to increase/decrease the volume when watching the video. Whether Meta is aware of this and will revert in allowing the sound adjustment in youtube etc?

I had sent the message as per your info. Was asked to raise bug report. That was also done. But NO SOLUTION TILL DATE

Hi there @Shibby420, we see you are having audio related issues as well. We know the importance of being able to hear your games at the volume you want, and we'll do all we can to look into this issue with you!

 

So that we can understand the nature of this issue a bit more, can you please provide us the following:

  • Is the headphones USB-C?
  • Does the headphones uses USB-C to 3.5mm adapters?
  • Does the issue only occur with certain apps?
  • Which headset are you using?
  • Have you updated the headset?
  • What other troubleshooting have you done?
