Status of Quest 2 Return

Hello,

After speaking to a support agent, I sent my broken Quest 2 headset back on the 20th of December for an inspection to be fixed or to be sent a new one. According to the FedEx tracking number, my Quest 2 was delivered to the address on the 28th of December. Since then, I have not received a single email regarding the Quest 2 being received. I understand that it is a busy time of year, I just want to check the status of my request and a possible ETA for the fixed Quest 2 to be sent back to me.
