I have a GTX 1080 with a 7700k processor- My rift works flawlessly, however, I tried using a few games from Steam and not only was I getting sick to my stomach, but I could never close them out. I had to continually disconnect my Rift in order to get my cursor back. Is this a user error or something wrong with the compatibility of Steam VR and Rift?
Exit through Steam. Press the flat button with lines on the left controller and then select the Power Icon and then finally select Exit Application, Exit SteamVR, etc. See if that helps
