Here's what happens: I boot up steam VR and connect my headset, I use a link cable instead of airlink for a stable connection as I was told by several people not to use airlink. I get around 5 minutes into gameplay and my screen freezes then my steamvr on my vr only crashes and it says "host PC has stopped responding" but steamvr will show no errors the game that I was playing will still be running and there will be nothing broken. Can anyone help me fix this?

Are you experiencing crashes when using other applications on the headset or is it only on SteamVR?
Can you confirm the specs of the PC you are running with Link? In this article you can find the Minimum Requirements needed to use Quest Link.
Based off the error message It is possible that it may be a USB related issue or even a driver issue. Here are a few initial troubleshooting checks you can try:

Hello, thank you for the assistance but we reviewed my PC and I use airlink not a link cable and my PC meets the requirements to run steam VR smoothly and it's a error that only seems to appear on my headset withing 15-30 minutes of me running steam VR, it has ruined a lot of my progress on games and is overall a massive inconvenience and other people with the sma e stuff that I have for my PC and headset have not had this issue and I am in aware to why so if you have any more information that would be greatly appreciated
