SteamVR won't open with the same buttons anymore

Hello, I've been having a small issue with Oculus Link for a little less than 2 weeks.
 
I use Oculus Link (via a cable connection) to access my computer and play VR games via SteamVR (which I also have in my Oculus library). I use both the SteamVR application and Oculus Link. I'm used to pressing the button with the three horizontal lines on the left Quest 2 controller to open the SteamVR menu if I need to stop/start a game or reset my position in a game. However, it no longer works, and I don't know why. My headset is on version 66.0.0.730.370.612007662, the runtime version is 66.0.0.730.370.612006357, and the OS version is SQ3A.220605.009.A1.
 
As for the Meta Quest Link application, it is on version 66.0.0.308.370 (66.0.0.308.370).
Developer mode is enabled on the Quest 2 because I had some issues with the play area, but apart from that, I haven't changed anything else.

As for SteamVR it is on version : AppID 250820, Build ID 14523237
 
I don't know why this issue is happening, but I would like a solution because it's really preventing me from fully enjoying my VR experience.

Hey there, @FiN4l. We noticed that you are experiencing some issues with your controller. We understand how this can impact your experience in VR, and we would love to help assist you in getting to the bottom of this so that you can continue to enjoy your experience. As well, I wanted to say thank you for letting us know exactly what's going on with the current software. We are going to provide some troubleshooting steps and questions below to get a better grasp of this.

 

  • Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect the controller's connection. For example, controller covers, controller attachments, etc.
  • Remove the battery from the controller for 30 seconds. Try a new battery.
  • Clean the controller
    • Compressed air can be used to remove any debris inside the controller
  • Unpair and pair the controller to the headset
  • Is this only happening when trying to open SteamVR or are other apps having an issue when trying to press the button

Give these a shot and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Don't have anything like that

    I have rechargeable battery and I recharge them after every game sessions
  • Clean the controller
    • Compressed air can be used to remove any debris inside the controller

      The buttun is working fine it just don't open steamvr anymore

  • Unpair and pair the controller to the headset

    Already did that, it didn't fix the issue 
  • Is this only happening when trying to open SteamVR or are other apps having an issue when trying to press the button

    Also tried that didn't solve the issue

So that we can investigate further, we would like to clarify if this was happening only when using SteamVR or if this also occurs while using other games for Meta Quest. Is the controller unresponsive when using only the headset not connected to the PC to access an application? We look forward to hearing back.

Yes it's only with SteamVR other game work fine normaly it should open the SteamVR contextual menu like to exist the game of seeing other game that i have in steam 

Apart from that the button work fine it's just when i have steam vr running that the buton doesn't work anymore
