Thanks for getting back to us. We understand the troubleshooting steps provided did not resolve the situation. So that we can investigate further, we would like to clarify if this was happening only when using SteamVR or if this also occurs while using other games for Meta Quest. Is the controller unresponsive when using only the headset not connected to the PC to access an application? We look forward to hearing back.

Yes it's only with SteamVR other game work fine normaly it should open the SteamVR contextual menu like to exist the game of seeing other game that i have in steam
Apart from that the button work fine it's just when i have steam vr running that the buton doesn't work anymore
