Hello. My son gave me a quest 2 in January and I’m now experiencing severe stick drift. It keeps moving down and it has hindered my game play. I have tried all of the trouble shooting steps. I think it is still under warranty. Not sure how to navigate this…

I have done the following troubleshooting steps based on reading other threads with this issue:
Play area has not changed recently. I play stationary on my couch.
I did try sitting in a different area, but it still did the same thing.
I am not using 3rd party accessories.
I am only experiencing this with the left controller. (funnily enough, a friend I made through Horizons had this same issue with their left controller to-she is in the UK)
It happens in all games, in any environment. I want my character to stand still and it just keeps backing up until it stops against a wall. I was playing the Plant game on Horizons last night and I couldn't even pick up a pot and put it on a table because my character kept moving backwards, away from the table.

Hello every time I try to move up it goes very slow and I can't fix it, I'm only 14 years old and it's very frustrating when I can't play games that involve moving, and this problem started in December 2024, my friend said that I can just send the controllers to you guys and just get new ones I don't know if it's true but if it is how can I do it.
