Still cant get my account back

Do I need to delete the account I mistakenly set up, 2 days now and still can't get in to my old account,

Hey Terry! We know how important it is to get back into your account so you can continue to enjoy your device. We want to get you moving in the right direction.

  • To start could you go ahead and uninstall and reinstall the app and sign in using your old account. Leave the headset turned off until after you have signed into the app.
  • If you cant sign into old account due to not remembering password or username you can change those by clicking the links to do so on the sign in page. Or you can go here for password change or contact us here to change your username. Just know that you can only change your username once every six months.
  • Once you have signed in turn on the headset and pair it with the app. Make sure that both devices are using the same Wi-Fi.
