Oculus Support received my Quest headset on April 6th. Few days after they promised me a replacement unit within 2-3 business days. Couple weeks and support mailings later, i still haven't received anything. I didn't even get to know the reason for the delay either. It's been nearly 2 months now. I'd like to apply for a full refund as i don't expect to get a replacement anytime soon. I paid a lot of money for this product and to wait months to be able to use it again is just not acceptable at all really. I hope somebody here on this board is able to help me out with this case.
