I still have been waiting and waiting weeks and weeks for my refund of the afterlife oblivion and you guys gifted me $15 for complications and switching the game to a different account unfortunately, you guys couldn’t switch the game off my daughter‘s account when she first helped me get it out of the package and set it up so you guys said he just refund for the game but you gifted me the $15 in case I wanted to go ahead and download the game right then but it would take 4 to 7 business days for the refund to my card or to my wallet, I still have not received the refund and it says that my $15 credit has expired. When can we finally resolve this? I need that $15 now that my grandson‘s here and I need that refund this is probably been the fifth time I’ve sent out a request and a complaint

You sent me an email saying to give you more information again. I am So frustrated I have given you guys repeatedly my email my account username profile name you guys have it on your end when I purchase the game after life it was 999. OK I’m just asking and waiting weeks for my refund for the freaking game and update my gift of $15 simple as that I’m not trying to rip you off. You guys aren’t broke. I’m sick and tired of this. I’m not a happy customer and I’m blogging all of this. I want what’s mine I paid for a game I’ve never used!!!!!

Send me my refund of afterlife oblivion. I’ve been waiting weeks. I’m not trying to rip you off. I have a Meta quest account. It’s only 999. What’s the big problem? See you guys gave me such a hard time last time chatting with three different representatives that you gifted me five dollars a call which added up to $15 credit to my account wallet now that’s expired now that my grandson’s here and would like to purchase the afterlife game, but I still don’t have that refund nor the credit anymore, you guys act like you want all this information I am fluffy. I am Rochelle dykstra@yahoo.com. I am 50 years old. I’m not trying to rip you off. I’m a dissatisfied customer that has been waiting weeks for a simple little refund of a stupid game that I don’t even want to play. I’ve never even played it. It’s for my grandsonI’m so unsatisfied and I bought a VR Not only one but three and since I have been so dissatisfied with your guys’s support team and chat your whole way you run business is so effed up that I don’t even have any patience or tolerance to try to use your Met store. It is all a complete hassle to me. You need to make this right!!!!

Give me my refund and some credit for the weight and the 15 that you gifted me weeks and weeks ago for all the hassle and confusion and that you weren’t able to transfer my game to my account from my daughters
