It's utterly impossible to find an e-mail or chat bot link on Meta Support pages. Hopefully somebody at Meta sees this and can help.
My son had the incorrect date of birth set on his Meta Quest account and I think this caused a request for proof of age. Every time he tried to log in he was prompted to upload ID or make a 0.99 payment. We tried numerous times to do both. His account is now scheduled for deletion.
He has a legitimate Facebook account, and an Instagram account, both with his real name and correct date of birth. Those accounts have the same e-mail address as his Quest account but he can't access his Quest account.
Can somebody please help me to restore his Quest account. We don't want to lose the games we've purchased for him.
