I had $60 store credit that should of expired on the 26th. I received an email reminder on 12/25 that said they expired soon to use it by the 26th.
I tried to use on the 25th but was having issue applying the credit, so I waited and tried again on the 26th however the credits was already removed from my account... Just a warning, I guess they expire the Day Before they say they do...
Has anyone had any luck getting a courtesy credit in this situation; or is Meta that unfriendly to their customers that they are not willing to work with them? I tried the Live Chat, and spoke to two rep's that were no help at all, I guess if they were real people (and not AI's) then they wasted 2 hours (hour each) and did nothing to help me... They could not even tell me when the credits expired, just kept saying there expired nothing we can do, and that they understand its frustrating... If they did, they would offer courtesy credit even if it had a 24hr expiration date, it would be just replacing the credit that expired soon, or transfer me to a supervisor that could help.
