hey there - updated to v59 and it looks like the Store images and the Horizon Feed images are not loading. i do get the layout and the titles but no images and no video images (i think the sound is playing though). i might have thought this was a bandwidth problem but everything renders fine on the web browser. i can even go to the Quest store. i tested bandwidth and it's about 62Mbps down and up, so not super fast but not horrible - certainly enough to load images i would think. also i can play any installed apps perfectly fine and their images do show.
any advice appreciated! i have restarted several times with no results. as i recall everything worked fine when i first received it in October because i downloaded some purchases and i browsed the store a bit. i think it's the update that seems to have caused the latest issues. wish i could roll back...
Oh wow, thanks for letting me know! Hopefully everyone else in here with the issue can also try to confirm if v60 helped or not. In the meantime, I'll pass along the potential workaround that seemed to work for you to our internal team for them to review.
I stared to have the same problem about a week ago when I stared to play Asgard's Wrath 2. The Wi-Fi kept connecting and disconnecting. Now I have connection, browser works but can't install any app, the store doesn't even load, Horizon feed... The version is updated to v60. Don't know if this problem is related to the game but it started after playing it.

Well, it seams that I was able to fix it yesterday but I'm having the same problem again today. I'm not sure if it's a bug or if you guys tried to to what I've done as well. I've simply installed a game trough the Oculus phone app and everything started to work just fine. But now, the issue is back.

It started after I switched routers (last one was WiFi 5, new one is WiFi 6). The previous router loaded all Meta servers just fine, but the new one does not. I mostly would like to connect to Meta Horizons Workstations (Beta), but as it's on a Meta server, it doesn't load.
I can go to a neighbor's WiFi, or my personal hotspot and it works fine.
Changing the static DNS settings did not work for me.
Emailed Meta Support, and they just told me to update to v71, but it's not rolled out to me yet.
It would be great if I could use this device for my intended purposes.
Getting a new router fixed the issue for me. Previous was a Linksys MX5500. The tech said it was not their model of choice but they had to use it during covid because of the chip shortage at the time. The new model they installed is a EX3510-B1 and it works great.
