Has anyone else been having issues with Oculus Go's store page within the headset itself (not the Oculus App's Store tab on mobile). I work for a company that works with VR headsets. Recently, we have been receiving Oculus Go's that have an issue with the store. When I press on it within the UI, it loads for a millisecond, then promptly disappears. Even if I click on Home -> then on one of the latest apps to -> open in store, that will not work either. Is there an issue with the Oculus App's update in correlation with the Go? This is frustrating as I cannot proceed further with my work.
I have tried a few things:
- multiple Factory Resets from within the headset and from the mobile app
- tried on iPhone and Android
- made a new Oculus account
What else can I do to fix this issue? Do I just wait until the app has an update that fixes these issues?
Just as the gear vr store is shut down, the oculus go store is also shut down. Updates for the oculus go stopped in 2022 and store support stopped in Dec 28, 2020
So for glitches [unless you may get lucky] There really isn't a way to fix this 😢
