Stormland does not show up in library anymore

Hey Guys!
After fiddling around with Oculus Software versions to get Oculus Link running i am now back to version 1.43. Everything works fine, but the game Stormland i recently purchased does not show up in my library. It is obviously still installed (all the files are there) and when i try to purchase again it says that i do already own that content.

Any suggestions other then reinstalling the oculus software?

I have the exact same problem, did you solve it since you wrote this ? Yesterday I made a ticket to occulus support, but I didn't get an anwser yet... It was my week-end off...

Hey Nst,

I also started a ticket and they told me they have issues with app/game entitlements. Last thing I heard from them was trying to see if I would now find the game within the Rift. I did not find the time to test just yet but I checked the mobile oculus app and it is listed there now.

Will try again tommorow.

I had the same issue, 1st reply will be the usual stock response. Keep at them and ask for a refund with a view to re-purchase as i don't think there is anything they can do about it. I got mine after answering some purchase validation questions - they were ok about it.

My thoughts exactly. If my next attempt is not successful I will do the same. Hopefully I works this way. 

One question:
Did you already repurchase it and did it work then? 

Update:
In the process of solving the problem i reinstalled the oculus software. Result: Sensors are not recognized anymore, they worked flawlessly before. Please Oculus are you kidding me? Going for a refund now.

I also did reinstall the oculus app but I didn't have any problem with my sensors. Well, it didn't solve my problem either.
They answered me back that they will look into it, but it will take some time because of the black fridays new users.
I'm a little bummed, Stormland is a great game and this exclusivity thing is ruining the experience, mostly because it disapeared from my library for no freaking reason.

Some news, my problem solved itself. I was watching a movie then a pop up shows up "Stormland was perfectly installed" and it did ! The game is back nearly a week after and didn't lose any progress.
Support was helping me and was going to re-instate the game by refunding it so I can purchase it. But didn't have to.
Hope your game's back in your library as well !
