Stuck at install-Iron Man game

Hello, I purchased a game (iron man) and had to delete most of my previously purchased games due to storage. It said the game only needed 9 gb, but still wouldn’t install after clearing up to 15 gbs of space. Well now the newly purchased game is stuck at “installing” and I have been unable to play since the purchase. I have restarted the oculus several times and even tried to find ways to prioritize that particular download and install above any other updates needed (outside of core oculus system updates). Please help me figure this out smh

Hey there, @Joseybear91! We couldn't help but notice that you are reaching out because you are experiencing some issues when trying to download Iron Man. We certainly understand how disappointing something like that can be and how it can really effect your overall experience, so we'd like to help you get this issue sorted out as quickly as possible! If it won't install from your library, try opening up the game in the store, to see if you can prompt it to download that way. Also, we recommend having double the space of the game available. In this case, we would recommend having at least 16 gbs of free space on your device. 

 

If that doesn't work out for you, we'd recommend restarting your router and then reconnecting your headset to the Wi-Fi after it reboots. Please let us know how this works out for you. We look forward to hearing back from you and working together in order to get this issue resolved!
