My Oculus is forcing me to login in on another device. The screen says to remove headset, go to www.meta.com/device on mobile or desktop, log into your meta account with your Facebook account, When I enter code it asks for my business email when I enter my email it says not recognised.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hello. I purchased a meta Quest two headset a year ago and I really enjoy the exercise app supernatural. I'm still paying for Supernatural but I'm unable to use it because I'm having the same issue that cool hand fluke has had. The only difference is when I try the solution that you offered it still doesn't work for me. I tried logging in with my Facebook account and there is no place for me to enter a code but on my headset it tells me I need to enter a code.

Hi, when I try logging in to Oculus on my headset and it says ‘Log in with Facebook’ or ‘Have an Oculus Account?’ I click either one as it pops up with Email and Password but for the Email there’s a built in email already there for me where it is just frozen and can’t change the email. I tried restarting and already changed the password but still can’t get in since the Email is frozen in place.
