This is the conversation I had with an employee at Meta. They kept telling me to factory reset my headset and unpair the controllers. My right controller had a bug where it would only work in games and apps but in the oculus home it wouldn't respond other than the oculus button. They told me to factory reset it and that made my quest 2 stuck on the pull tab screen how do I fix this?
