So i’m gonna make the short and sweet.
Basically, my headset has just been turning off and on for the past two days and I press the power and volume button at the same time that menu appears but nothing off that Menu works. I’ve just tried normal boot up then power off, but it doesn’t actually power off if it’s charging and I tried factory resetting and that didn’t do anything so do I need to get a new headset or is there something I can do to actually fix it?
