If I'm in an app on the quest 3 and I exit the app using the quit button, it takes me out of the app and into my home environment briefly and then takes me into passthru, I can still see my boundary. I can also here the sound from my home environment. I then have to shut down my headset from the side button to be able to go into anything again. I get no response from my oculus button. I've checked the mapping of my buttons, made sure my headset is updated and changed my home environment, shut down headset multiple times amd still can't figure out why? It's been doing this to me for a few weeks now..I don't get in it to often.
What you said about your controllers not responding makes me think you use the secondary account on the headset. Do you? Since the update to v74, many players with secondary accounts have been experiencing this issue when leaving a game... and a few other issues as well.
