Hi, I really hope you can help me as I have had zero help from anybody as it stands.
I was informed of a dodgy attempt to login on my facebook account and recommended to change my password, so I did, now I can no longer access my facebook account because of 2 factor which I am sure I never setup😢. I have tried several, well about 50 times of uploading ID, taking video selfie and then receiving a link to get back into my account which is a dead link and then round I go again, I have emailed viewpoints to ask they remove 2fa, but no luck there either. I have my facebook account linked with my META account, but if I try to change 2fa from here, it says I can't do that yet.
Please help me, my friends will be missing my comedy gold posts, and I have stuff I am selling of marketplace.

We can offer support for Meta Quest accounts or Quest device specific issues, but anything related to Facebook account issues we unfortunately don’t have the ability to help with.
