Stuck in the floor in job simulator

Job Simulator on the Quest 2 has been giving me issues. I have my boundary set up correctly but when I go into Job Simulator the game puts my body in the ground. The game is like well above my head. I have restarted the game and the quest. I have also uninstalled the game like 5 times and reinstalled it. I’m at a loss on what to do at this point. I don’t want to have to reset the headset but I will. Anyone know how to fix this?

I’m having the exact same issue. I’ve also redone the boundary a dozen times and uninstalled it without it getting any better. Any help would be appreciated. 

Idk how it happened but it fixed itself after about 48 hours. 

Hi @Trendy07! We know how this issue has brought your enjoyment of Job Simulator to a complete halt, and we want to help. Is this the only game you are having this experience with?

 

If yes, then we suggest trying the following:

  • Reboot headset
  • Factory Reset
    • Please be sure that Cloud Backup is enabled on your headset to help with the recovery of most of your saved game progress.
      • You can check if your games are supported by Cloud Backup using the link provided above.

Should neither of those options help and Job Simulator is the only game having this issue, then we would ask that you contact the developer to report the issue directly to them. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

When I get in Job simulator it always has the counters and stuff at floor level. Even when I reset boundaries and fix the view it still doesn’t change anything
