Stuck on Health and Safety Video

I went to turn off the health and safety notice but the client got jammed on the video that it decided to play and won't respond. Not a big deal except every time I load up the software it goes back to the stuck page! I have tried both repairing the installation and even totally uninstalled and re-installed but it always goes back to the same stuck page! On the page, nothing responds apart from the X to close it and the minimise button.

How do a reset the client so that it starts in the home page or anywhere but this stuck video? Since even reinstalling didn't work I'm guessing it's a profile setting or reg entry somewhere.

Same problem bit i'm in a new installation, i have my new vr but the client Is totally sticker in that video.

I have this same problem.  I even opened a trouble ticket that has not been resolved yet.

Here is what finally fixed this issue for me.

1. Uninstall Oculus software using the Control Panel.

2. Delete all Oculus folders from the following folder:

* C:\Program Files

3. Remove any Oculus folders from the following locations:

* C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData

* C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Local

* C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\LocalLow

* C:\Users\YourUserProfile\AppData\Roaming

* C:\OculusSetup-DownloadCache

4. Restart your computer.

5. Re-install Oculus Software.  (don't plugin your headset until after the install completes and you have launched the oculus application.  The setup process will prompt you to plug it in.)
