Stuck on Meta Logo

At start up a computer chip appears with an arrow pointing down, and a green bar at the bottom of screen. I'm guessing something was downloading.  And then the Mega logo appears and is stuck there. Now, this is the second time this has happen. Last week I let the battery drain and I recharged the headset and it started back working. Today when I powered it back up it is doing it again. And I have tried all or the trouble shooting ideas, hard reset, holding the power button, holding the volume down and power button, etc. I've also be researching, and this have been a problem for a lot of people and with no one knowing how to fix the problem. And today I notice that my phone can't not see the headset. I've had this headset for about 4 months. But what else can be done even if factory reset does not help?

Hey there! We know just how it feels having boot issues, we'd love to help you out. To start, you'll want to make sure you have cloud backup enabled. We'd hate for you to lose any data! Then, you'll perform a factory reset, following the steps found here.

I picked up my headset to use it for the day I had used it the day before. auto-updates was on. And it was dead... I had shut it off. So I charged it and it turned itself on and got stuck at the meta logo. after hours I tried power and vol down and turned it off.. then turned it back on and nothing same thing. Tried a factory reset and nothing. Let it run out of power and charged it while plugged into my pc with the oculus program open and nothing the same meta logo. What can I do what are my options?

 

This is sounding like a Meta issue...
