Make sure that the cleaning process didn't cause any physical damage to your Quest 2, such as damaging the proximity sensor or other components. Inspect it carefully for any visible issues.

I got some new things for Ir Quest 2 and got really excited. I decided to clean it with some Clorox wipes and a rag. While cleaning, I accidentally touched the proximity sensor with the wipe but wiped it quickly with the rag. When I turned it on, it crashed. I tried restarting it a few times, but it kept crashing and now it's stuck in a loop. I've tried everything I can think of, like mepcobills resetting and powering it off and on, but nothing's working. I've also reached out for help but haven't heard back yet.

It sounds like you've tried everything to fix your Quest 2 after the cleaning mishap, and it's frustrating not getting the help you need. If the headset is still under warranty, reaching out to the support team for a replacement might be the best option. While you wait, maybe treat yourself to something from the sonic price menu to lift your spirits.
