I was having some issues with my Quest 2 lately, where my "home" would load but there were no menus or UI whatsoever, and when I looked in the mirror I could see my avatar was completly purple and T-posing. Sometimes I would get stuck in no-menus-passthrough too.
This would fix seemingly at random by covering the trackers and resetting my guardian boundaries (Switching between stationary and creating a new one etc, it never worked the same way).
Since it was bothering me a lot I decided to do a factory reset.
I pressed volume down button + power button and did all the steps to reset.
When trying to pair with my Meta Horizon app, at first the app would say the headset was already connected, so after a few reboots the app actually connected to the headset even though the headset was still showing me the pairing code. Although, by establishing this connection I was able to factory reset the headset again through the app, but this time it actually erased the previously connected quest.
Went through it all again, and the app automatically detected my headset, and both began pairing... which never ended. The app kept saying "pairing" for several and several minutes, I tried to give it time, but it never actually paired, must've been over half an hour.
So, there I went factory resetting once again...
Thing is, now after watching the safety video my headset jumps to the infamous bubbles screen and just stays there. No menus show up, nothing happens. The Meta Horizon app does detect my headset and says it's connected though.
I've tried pressing volume down + power and then "reboot" many many times, and it places me back at bubbles screen again. Doing a new factory reset again gives the same results.
Help?
