Stuck on device update in progress

My oculus Keeps saying device update on progress. It has been left over night plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi for a number of days but never changes. Please can you help

Maybe try resetting your headset with the power/volume buttons;

You seem to be having problems updating the software. 

 

Before you start an update, we recommend that you : 

  • Use a wired connection rather than Wi-Fi.
  • Make sure you have at least 2GB of free disk space on your computer.
