While playing Darth Vader volume on the screen froze on a scene. I am currently waiting for the battery to die in order to hopefully reboot. At this moment I cannot shut off the game nor can I move to another game nor I can move to the home screen. It’s basically currently a $500 paperweight
Have you tried doing a hard reset by holding down the power button for 30 seconds?
