Stuck on meta on spinning symbol

I've done almost everything. And I still get this

Updatingy time I reboot it or restart or factory reset and sidebar update I still get this. It's been doing it for a good 2 and a half days please help me.

I had this same problem yesterday. I am still under warranty so I’m sending back the headset and getting a replacement. I’m concerned this might happen again, though. There didn’t seem to be any reason this should have happened.

I had to make arrangements to send my headset back and I need to wait for a replacement. My headset was only 6 months old, and the warranty is only for a year. I'm concerned this might happen with the replacement beyond the warranty, if it could happen out of the blue like this.

I've had the headset for 5 years. So I would be on warranty.
