Stuck on "Unable to load. Please try again"

A while ago I was given an Oculus that was from someone else. It's a quest 1 i believe, judging from trying to connect it to the app (quest 2 was not found but 1 was). I turned it on, updated it (after the update it stood on Unable to load), and tried factory reset because I did not want to have someone else's account on it. Once I did the steps, "hold volume button and power button simultaneously, power off", it tried turning it on and it did not work after the 30 seconds so I had waited a while and tried it again and it turn on within maybe 10 seconds. Still the same thing as it was before, unable to load. Oh right, I can't login into the app because I tried once but it was connected to the original owners. They did not disconnect and instead gave a screenshot on how to factory reset(which is why I tried factory reset to have my own account as told above). So I have no way in using the app.

 

Things I tried without using the app:

  • WiFi reset (disconnecting the WiFi and reconnecting) 
  • Power off
  • Reset
  • Leaving the headset alone seeing if it would work after a few hours.
