On October 21, 2024, my Instagram account with the username "atlasdaatlas" was permanently terminated on baseless allegations of money laundering. I strongly assert that these allegations are entirely unfounded and the account termination was unjust.
This action has significantly disrupted both my personal and professional life. Through this account, I conducted essential business and maintained vital social connections, all of which have now been abruptly severed. The process lacked transparency and fairness as no concrete evidence was presented to support these accusations, thus violating my right to a fair defense.
Instagram's erroneous decision has caused me immense hardship. I intend to pursue every possible legal avenue to rectify this injustice. I firmly demand that my account be promptly reactivated and my grievances addressed without further delay.
