Hello everyone,
We are reaching out to seek assistance with an ongoing issue we are experiencing with our new Meta Quest 3 and a newly created account. Unfortunately, we have been unable to add any payment methods, which means we cannot purchase any games or apps, including essential anatomy apps for study purposes.
It has been several days since we first contacted the Meta Quest support team. Despite their assurance that they would send an email with a response and solution, we have yet to receive any meaningful assistance. Instead, we have been met with delays and a lack of clear communication.
As frustrated parents, we are urgently seeking help to resolve this matter. Any advice or support from the community would be greatly appreciated.
