I am Timi Kullai, singer, I am a member of this community family from the first minute and I help people connect lovingly. I know, maybe there are billions of cases in the world, but please, please someone help me now!
First of all, here is the link about my Facebook Private Account, which is suspended for 4 months unfairly, because I am a victim, and not a bad person.
The whole story; first, my Facebook Private account named: Timi Kullai (Private) was hacked by something AI virus last year. This started with a message what I've got in messenger. It seemed to be come from you, real Facebook Support, with that blue verificated badge and they messaged me that I have to confirm my account, if I don't, my site will be deleted! Unfortunately of course, I clicked on that link to confirm and immediatelly I saw when my profile picture is deleted, my name turned out to this same Facebook Support with the same blue mark and I saw my thousands of friends deleted. I've shocked! They stoled my profile picture, deleted thousands of friends of mine, sent lots of same fake messages in my name, and I realized this was a fake support. After my first shock, I immediately changed my password and log out myself from every sites. Seemed to be I saved my private account. I can log in and seemed everything is all right! After this, I changed back my profile picture and name back, and I started to send my lots of requests again to my losts friends. Ok, maybe I was too active for the system because I've tried to get back as soon as I can my deleted people from my destroyed account and I've got a message from you, from real Facebook support that you restricted my account. I've totally shocked again! Why? Why I?? I didn't do anything wrong. My site was hacked! Okay, I submitted an appeal, did that short video about I'm not a robot, I'm a real girl, and two days later you said sorry, and I got back my account. Everything seemed to be happy again, but one week later I've got a funny, meme video message from my girlfriend on messenger; I liked it, laughted and replied, after that immediately I've got a message from Facebook that I violated the community standards and restricted my account again! But I absolutely didn't do anything again... Ok, I've made that short video again, subbmitted an appeal again!!!
This happened on 18th of December last year. And I've seen this "subbmitted an appeal screen" since then!!! That's what happened.
But I'm affraid that this is not normal, and maybe it's something problem with THE system because this "warning" write about it's just takes over ONE day! So is this a system mistake? Or a bug of YOUR system? Or what?
And I see this screen on different devices, every browsers, different computers, girlfriends computer, etc... so strange.
And this affects not just this Private site, because I can only enter through this account to my Official Musician Page. So as a singer, this is a huge, huge problem for me, because I can't see my fans, I can't see comments, I have no messenger. So this huge problem affects to all my business, all my career and my life maybe...
Beside that I am a singer, I'm a friendly, kind person who love fans, people in the whole world, I AM who always teaching the people to peace, love and spreading love, smile, and I didn't do absolutely nothing wrong! I am a victim here and not a bad person. There are so so many bad people with arrogance violance and I find myself in this unfair, sad situation? I really want to get back my sweet fans, family and friends. I don't wanna lose my fan base, my friends, my musician collegaes... my sweet posts. It's so so sad for me. So please, please help me efficiently!
I have turned to lots of support members via agents on email, and phone calls also, but they were unable to help me. I have got from their chat agents so many helping links but when I click on it, I immediatelly seeing this SUBMITTED AN APPEAL screen again and again! I absolutely can't do anything! No matter what I do this screen comes up!!! And no one else can see my profile as well! All of this been going on, since 18th of December last year!!! It looks like my account is suspended by you!!! But why? And I can't turn to anyone for help now, because everyone sends me these helping links, but no one can understand what I see!!! So please let's change the level because only you can solve this in your system, to unblock, or you are the only one could check why your system is frozen on me!!!
So, in my final despair, I have an idea, please allow me the following idea of mine: I give you my admin permissions, my passwords now and PLEASE LOG IN TO MY SITE AND YOU CAN SEE WHAT'S THE PROBLEM AND HOW CAN YOU SOLVE IT.
