Suddenly low fps with Rift S

Hi

I have now been struggling the last couple of days to get my games to run smoothly again. But I am simply out of ideas now.

2 days ago I played No Man Sky with my Rift S through SteamVR - Had not played since before the Desolation update, and it ran fine. Way more than 45fps.
I also frequently play Blade and Sorcery - which also ran absolutely fine with 80+ fps.

Now though - They are completely unplayable. By that I mean way below 45fps in both games. 12 fps in NMS - with frametimes sky-rocketing to above 20.

Blade & Sorcery is run with Oculus - Starts okay-ish with minor lags in the beginning - but drops to well below 45fps to the point where its basically images that flashes around.

I've tried reinstalling Oculus software/driver with CCleaner and reboot.
- Reinstalling SteamVR
- Opted in and out of Betas with no difference
- Uninstalling MSI Afterburner
- Removing OC on CPU
- Reinstalling GPU-driver
- Tried different versions of GPU-Driver

Both games are installed on a Micron Enterprise SSD

Run with a
Ryzen 2600 @ 3.8Ghz
MSI B450I Gaming Plus
32gb 3000mhz CL15
MSI RTX 2070 Gaming Z

Placed in a custom loop, temperatures barely touch 50c - So heat aren't the issue either.

Anyone have any suggestion before I lose my mind completely?

Kind regards
Anders
