I usually use Meta ads in my work. Yesterday, as usual, I was sent a two-step verification code when I went from the ads manager to business settings, but for some reason the code did not arrive on my phone, so I sent it using SMS.
The code was sent via SMS several times that day.
The next day I tried to send the code by SMS as well, and was told that I had reached the maximum number of codes to be sent in a certain period of time, so I could no longer use two-step verification.
After trying to clear the cache, etc., I can no longer even log in and no longer receive support from Meta, so I am currently looking for answers here.
I don't know what to do as I am logged out of the browser and app on my phone as well.
How long do I have to wait before I can use SMS again?
I am having trouble because I want to use it immediately for work.

Thanks for the reply.
However, I am writing here for support because I have tried every method on that page and it has not worked.
Do you know where else I can get support from someone other than here?
I can't log in and this is currently the only way I can chat to people on Facebook😭

The only official channel I could point you towards is the Help Center. If you've already tried everything but the error you're getting is for hitting the code limit, it may just be a waiting game, unfortunately.
I wish I had more of a productive suggestion to offer to you.
