On January 4th this year I bought a Quest 3 that was bundled with a years subscription to Supernatural. discounted, but paid for.
I was not in there to be redeemed. Since then I have spoken to thirteen different Meta employees and three supernatural employees over chat and text and have not had the problem resolved.
Not only that but the customer service from Meta has been beyond bad. They have asked questions I have answered, sent copy pasted instructions when I started the whole conversation by saying that didn't work and some of the emails have been borderline incomprehensible.
One of the latest emails included "The email instruction indicate the instruction to redeem the subscription." and "We'd love nothing more than to get this fixed, so we'll hang around until things get better." (Whatever that is supposed to mean.)
The fact that it has been almost a month and they can't give me a code or a way to redeem a digital subscription that I paid for is incredibly frustrating.
