Why am I not able to log into supernatural fitness on a second profile on our account? I have used it on the primary profile on the account but the second profile added will not open the app - it keeps asking if I want to sign in or sign up when I try to open it. If I select sign up it says there is already an account associated with this headset. If I choose sign in then it asks for a security code that I don’t have - I think it’s supposed to be generated by the phone app?
