Hi everyone !
the Meta visor is used by my son, who is 12 yo.
He recently received an email stating that his account will be deactivated unless an adult takes its supervision.
Fine: I follow all the required steps and then I am requested to insert my credit card's details to show I am an adult.
Unfortunately my bank does not allow the payment to go through, because it does not consider the "merchant" reliable.
Therefore I am unable to complete the procedure.
Did any of you faced (and solved) the same problem ?
BTW I called my bank to inform that I am aware and approve the "transaction" (Meta is supposed to charge a small amount which later will be returned). However this does not help because the screening is automatic and there is nothing I can do to have approved an unauthorized transaction.
