how Long does it take to get an answer on opened tickets from Occulus Support?

Are there any experiences here around?

I have a support ticket open at the moment. The fault has not yet been resolved however the initial response to my ticket was a little over 9 hours. Which is impressive. The ticket has been open for one week and is yet to be resolved (height tracking glitch at certain angles with multiple sensors).

Hi guys, please see my post about Oculus support and just so you know, I've been waiting 3 months for a resolution!!

From my experience, support is fairly quick if you provide them with as much and precise information as possible.
Still takes a couple of days though, so please just be patient. I know it can be hard 😉
I imagine it'll take a bit longer at the moment with Touch just released.

I think patient is ok if its only 3 days, its been 3 months!!

@swatson738 Not to call you out, but I see your ticket and you have received responses from Oculus. In fact, the last response from us was this past Tuesday. Certainly not 3 months.

If you look at the previous ticket, which I raised in September this year, The last response I received was from someone called Contantine regarding the fault I logged.  I logged the same fault under a new reference number as I have waited 3 months and never recevied the return label they promised nor did I receive any further communication until 13/12/2016, when I received a request from someone called Alexandria who stated I had never sent the Oculus logs and asked me to send them again.  I sent them again, and asked her to confirm safe receipt of the logs, and since that point I have received no response.  Trouble ticket numbers are in date order, going from September to present - 258236 - the initial one in september which stated it has been resolved on the support page - it hasn't. The second was raised on 13/12/2016 - 296713 and the third raised yesterday - 298128 - all referring to the original fault logged back in September hence 3 months and no resolve.  😞
