After a few back and forth messages with support, they’ve now asked for my receipt. I bought my quest 2 over 3 years ago so I definitely don’t still have my receipt and my device is 100% out of warranty. Is anybody else in the same boat as me?

If you don't have the receipt, the purchase will be in you bank transactions as long as you didn't pay cash. You could repost this in the thread below and tag @DwightMc25
