They sent me a refurbished quest 3, even though I advised that the model was having problems and didn't usually work in its refurbished version, the support (every support response is a different person who doesn't read the previous thread or email) assured me that everything was going to be fine and that the complaints were unfounded. Guess what? Indeed the device doesn't work, they sent me different drivers than mine and no strap, and they won't update or connect.
The most frustrating part of all this is that every email from support is a different person from a different country who doesn't read the message or the context, and continues to give you the runaround.
Basically buying the quest 3 is one of the worst decisions I have made, one year and I can not use it is a paperweight of 700 euros.

They must be on holidays or replaced by Meta AI, but each new support agent, ignore previous messages or instructions and keep circling back over and over. Upping this to see if anyone from Meta can actually read me.
