Support is just awful

I am trying to return my oculus quest 2, it is still within the time frame of being returnable however, the horrible support team is taking their sweet time to respond. I think to run out the return window! Can someone please for the love of God help me!?

Agreed, having a similar issue with support where I can't use the headset and they're very unresponsive so far and keep referring to another team.
