I have been dealing with Oculus support for a while now.
They the most professional and helpful I have encountered.
I had an issue where my charging port melted.
After supplying some information they are sending me a new device.
That is unheard of in this industry.
I would recommend using the below link to get directly to them.
Click on the support bubble on the bottom right of the screen.
Just type Agent in the support chat and someone will get right on.
