Hi,
I’ve sent numerous emails and proof of purchase/device and box serial number details to the meta quest support team and am not getting a response regarding what is happening with my warranty claim. - Meta Quest Support: Case #07815412: Meta Quest - Meta Quest 3 - Headset - Display.
Can someone please let me know what’s going on here?
